If this is your first appointment with us, please also complete a registration and consent form and bring it with you.
Every appointment booked online is secured with a £40 deposit, which comes off the cost of your treatment. It is refunded in full if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice — see our patient terms.
If you’re unsure which service or practitioner is right for you, call us before booking and we’ll point you in the right direction.
