A full breakdown of our fees for physiotherapy, podiatry and counselling, including how deposits work for new patients and cancellations.
We are now taking a Deposit Payment of £40 (Physiotherapy) and £26 (Podiatry) to secure Initial Assessment appointments for NEW Patients.
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or not attended, the deposit is non-refundable.
Should the appointment be cancelled with notice (over 24 hours) then we will fully refund the deposit.
Counselling deposits work a little differently. You pay a £30 deposit when you first book, and we hold it for the duration of your treatment. You then pay the full fee at each session, with the deposit carried over to secure your next one. At your final session you pay the balance — the fee less your £30 deposit. If you cancel at short notice or don't attend, the deposit is used for the cancellation charge; if you would like to continue, you simply pay it again to secure your next session. If you decide to stop your sessions and let us know with notice, we will refund your £30 deposit in full — just call us on 01708 621111 or email admin@haveringtherapy.com to tell us you have finished, and we will return it.
Paid a deposit by mistake? Please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01708 621111 or emailing admin@haveringtherapy.com, and we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Fees for treatment already received. We are unable to refund fees for treatment that has already taken place. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered by the clinic’s management — please contact us to discuss.
How long refunds take. Deposits paid at the clinic by card or cash can usually be refunded the same day. Deposits paid online can take a little longer, because we first need to confirm the payment has reached us before we can reverse it. Please allow up to 5 business days for the money to reach you, although it is often the same day.

If you have already spoken to us and been asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment, you can do so here. Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
