We are now taking a Deposit Payment of £40 (Physiotherapy) and £26 (Podiatry) to secure Initial Assessment appointments for NEW Patients.
If you book by phone or in person, this is the only time a deposit is needed — no deposit is taken for follow-up appointments.
Booking online works a little differently. Our online booking system takes a £40 deposit for every physiotherapy appointment booked through it, including follow-ups. This is a deposit and not the full fee — the balance is payable at the clinic on the day of your appointment.
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or not attended, the deposit is non-refundable.
Should the appointment be cancelled with notice (over 24 hours) then we will fully refund the deposit.
Counselling deposits work a little differently. You pay a £30 deposit when you first book, and we hold it for the duration of your treatment. You then pay the full fee at each session, with the deposit carried over to secure your next one. At your final session you pay the balance — the fee less your £30 deposit. If you cancel at short notice or don't attend, the deposit is used for the cancellation charge; if you would like to continue, you simply pay it again to secure your next session.
Buccal face lift, sculpt and TMJ release takes the same £40 deposit as physiotherapy, which comes off the £100 on the day. If you are paying it online below, choose Physiotherapy.

Verruca needling and nail surgery work differently: they take a higher deposit (£50 and £100), and that deposit is the whole charge if you cancel at short notice or do not attend — nothing further is payable. See our patient terms.
