Deposits
We are now taking a Deposit Payment of £40 (Physiotherapy) and £26 (Podiatry) to secure Initial Assessment appointments for NEW Patients.
 
If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or not attended, the deposit is non-refundable.

  Should the appointment be cancelled with notice (over 24 hours) then we will fully refund the deposit.

Initial Consultation / Assessment (up to 60 mins) | £76 (deposit of £40 required to secure first appointment)

Counselling
Deposits

We take a payment of £30 prior to each Counselling Session.  In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or non attendance this deposit is used for the cancellation charge and will need to be paid in advance of any future bookings.
